Inkjet And Toner Cartridges

  

All cartridges are manufactured under quality-controlled conditions and contain new and recycled components.  The specification will equal or exceed that of the original equipment manufacturer.

 

It is warranted that this product has been tested and is free from defects.  Should a cartridge be found to be defective, it will be replaced or full purchase cost refunded subject to procedures outlined hereunder.

 

It is further undertaken that, subject to conditions stated below and under normal use, our inkjet or toner cartridges will not cause damage, abnormal wear or deterioration to any printer for which it is designed.

 

In the unlikely event that the cartridge is proven to be the sole cause of a printer failure, the manufacturer will repay the full costs of service and repair of the printer.

 

This guarantee is dependent upon the client providing satisfactory evidence that the printer failure was due to a defect in the cartridge, including a written statement on the service company’s letterhead, dated and signed by a company representative.  The service company shall confirm that such costs are at the standard rates for the time and materials. 

 

The manufacturer’s liability shall be limited to replacement or reimbursement as stated above and shall exclude consequential loss, howsoever arising. 

 

Procedure for claiming, replacement or refund for defective cartridge:-

 

1.                  Notice of the problem is given to AtSpeed Networks before its return.

2.                  A Print sample is sent to AtSpeed Networks

3.                  Authorisation via the Manufacturer is given to AtSpeed Networks
